Since 1979, P.A.C.T. has been rethinking the traditional, and typically adversarial relationship between the police and justice system and the African American community. Through a variety of programmatic activity and activism we are implementing a holistic strategy aimed at breaking the cycle of hopelessness that has caused so many of our youth and adults to be trapped, without options to lead a productive life.
